About Our Coaches

We Believe the Answers Begin Within You.

Great coaching isn’t about someone else telling you who to become.

It begins by helping you see more clearly what is already there—your experiences, abilities, questions, convictions, possibilities, and the Unique Genius emerging from your identity, design, and contribution.

At GAP Crossers, we believe every person carries a contribution that matters. Our role isn’t to give you our answers or prescribe our path. It’s to help you clarify what matters, recognize what may be holding you back, challenge limiting beliefs, discover possibilities you haven’t yet seen, and take meaningful steps toward the person you are becoming.

Sometimes that means encouragement. Sometimes a different perspective. Sometimes it’s a challenging question or an invitation to reconsider an assumption.

And sometimes you simply need someone willing to walk beside you while you cross.

Two Coaches. Different Perspectives. One Shared Purpose.

We are Randy and Robin, and we don’t see people, problems, or possibilities in exactly the same way.

That’s one of our strengths.

Randy naturally gravitates toward vision, strategy, development, and possibility—seeing patterns, connecting ideas, challenging assumptions, and helping people see what could be.

Robin brings encouragement, insight, practical wisdom, and an instinctive understanding of people—helping people recognize what is already within them and translate discovery into everyday life.

Together, those different perspectives create space for something more important than either of ours:

Your perspective to become clearer.
Your capacity to become greater.
Your contribution to become more fully expressed.

Because GAP Crossers isn’t about becoming more like your coaches.

It’s about becoming more fully who you were created to be—breaking through what has limited you and increasingly expressing your Unique Genius through an Extraordinary, Abundant Contribution.

Different by Design. Stronger Together.

The differences between us aren’t something we try to minimize.

They’re part of what makes our partnership work.

Randy — Clarify. Catalyze. Connect.

Randy is a teacher, strategist, storyteller, and possibility thinker. He naturally looks beneath what is happening to ask why it is happening, what it may be revealing, and what could happen next.

His work has consistently centered on developing people and organizations—helping them clarify purpose, challenge assumptions, recognize patterns, expand capacity, and turn possibility into meaningful action.

Randy’s approach often begins with a question:

What do you see? What might you be missing? What do you believe—and what becomes possible if you begin seeing differently?

To Randy, a GAP isn’t simply the distance between where you are and where you want to be.

It’s an invitation to discover what you haven’t seen yet.

Robin — See the Person. Strengthen the Person.

Robin brings a deeply relational and practical perspective to the journey.

She has an instinct for seeing the person behind the problem—the strengths they may underestimate, the possibilities they may have stopped seeing, and what may need to change for those possibilities to become real.

Her approach combines encouragement, insight, practical wisdom, accountability, and genuine care for people.

Where Randy may naturally ask, “What could this become?” Robin brings an equally important question:

“What will it take to actually live it?”

She helps move discovery into everyday life—into relationships, decisions, habits, responsibilities, conversations, and the next step directly in front of you.

Robin doesn’t simply help people believe more is possible.

She helps them begin living like it is.

Different Perspectives. One Conversation.

Put those perspectives together and something important happens:

Vision meets application.
Challenge meets encouragement.
Possibility meets practicality.
Discovery becomes action.

But the point isn’t Randy or Robin.

The point is you.

Two perspectives allow us to listen differently, ask different questions, notice different things, and help you see yourself, your circumstances, your possibilities, and your next crossing more clearly.

We’re not here to create a path for you to follow.

We’re here to help you recognize the path that is uniquely yours to walk.

Coaching Is About the Crossing.

We don’t believe successful coaching creates dependence on a coach.

The goal is greater clarity, capacity, confidence, and ownership—equipping you to recognize your own GAPs, understand what they may be revealing, and navigate the crossings ahead.

We don’t have a formula for your life.

We’ll listen. Ask questions. Challenge assumptions. Help you recognize patterns and possibilities. Celebrate progress. And, when necessary, invite you to examine the mindsets, beliefs, habits, and perspectives that may be limiting what comes next.

Because lasting transformation isn’t simply about changing your circumstances.

It’s about changing how you meet them.

From Discovery to Contribution

Throughout the GAP Crossers journey, we focus on three interconnected dimensions of development:

Identity — Who am I?

Discovering more clearly who you are, what has shaped you, what you value, and the distinctive design you bring to the world.

Capacity — What is possible through me?

Breaking through limiting beliefs while developing the perspectives, skills, relationships, and resources that expand what you believe is possible—and what you are capable of doing with it.

Productivity — What will I do with it?

Turning discovery and development into meaningful action—creating, serving, leading, building, influencing, and contributing in ways that extend beyond yourself.

As Identity, Capacity, and Productivity come into greater alignment, your Unique Genius becomes clearer and your Extraordinary, Abundant Contribution becomes more than an idea.

It becomes the way you live.

We Are GAP Crossers Too.

We don’t stand on the other side pretending we’ve arrived.

We’re GAP Crossers too.

Our lives continue to bring new questions, challenges, discoveries, opportunities, and crossings. We’re still learning, changing, challenging our own assumptions, and discovering more about who we are and what we have to contribute.

That’s important because we don’t want to coach from a pedestal.

We want to walk alongside you.

Sometimes that means walking far enough ahead to illuminate part of the trail. Sometimes it means walking beside you as you make sense of the terrain. And sometimes it simply means reminding you that the next step is yours to take.

Because ultimately, the journey belongs to you.

The discoveries are yours to make.
The beliefs are yours to examine.
The capacity is yours to develop.
The contribution is yours to give.

And the GAP in front of you?

That’s yours to cross.

There Has To Be More.

Let’s discover what “more” means for you.
