What is GAP Crossers?

GAP Crossers is a community and personal development journey for people who sense there has to be more. We help you discover who you are, understand how you are uniquely designed, and develop the identity, capacity, and productivity necessary to make the contribution you were created to make. Through Cross the GAP, the School of Purpose, training, coaching, resources, and community, GAP Crossers helps you move from where you are toward a life of Extraordinary, Abundant, Contribution.

Where should I start with GAP Crossers?

Start with Orientation. Orientation is designed to help you locate yourself—to understand where you are, what this journey is about, and what your next step may be. From there, Cross the GAP helps you discover yourself, and the School of Purpose helps you develop yourself as you continue the journey toward your Extraordinary, Abundant, Contribution.

What is Cross the GAP?

Cross the GAP is the foundational guide to the GAP Crosser journey. It is designed to help you discover yourself—to examine what has shaped you, clarify who you are and how you are uniquely designed, and identify the contribution you were created to make. It provides the foundation for moving intentionally from where you are toward your Extraordinary, Abundant, Contribution.

What is the School of Purpose?

The School of Purpose is the development stage of the GAP Crosser journey. While Cross the GAP helps you discover yourself, the School of Purpose helps you develop yourself—building the identity, capacity, and productivity necessary to live in alignment with your purpose, design, and calling. It is an ongoing journey of turning what you discover about yourself into a life and work that produces your Extraordinary, Abundant, Contribution.

What is the GAP?

The GAP is the distance between where you are and where you were created to be—between your present experience and your potential for Extraordinary, Abundant, Contribution. We explore that GAP through three dimensions: Identity—who you understand yourself to be; Capacity—the mindsets, beliefs, and inner resources that determine what you believe is possible; and Productivity—how effectively your life and work produce meaningful fruit. Crossing the GAP is the intentional journey of bringing these three dimensions into greater alignment with your purpose, design, and calling.

What does “There Has To Be More” mean?

“There Has To Be More” is the invitation at the heart of the GAP Crosser journey. It describes that inner awareness that your present experience may not be the full expression of who you are or what you were created to contribute. Rather than treating that thought simply as dissatisfaction, GAP Crossers invites you to explore it as a call to locate yourself, discover yourself, and develop yourself—and begin intentionally crossing the GAP between where you are and where you were created to be.

What is the GAP Crossers Orientation?

The GAP Crossers Orientation is the free first step in the journey. Its purpose is to help you locate yourself—to answer three foundational questions: Where am I? What is this journey? What is my next step? Orientation introduces you to the GAP Crosser journey and gives you a clear starting point before moving more deeply into Cross the GAP and the School of Purpose.

Is the Orientation free?

Yes. The GAP Crossers Orientation is free and is designed to be your first step into the GAP Crosser journey. It gives you an opportunity to locate yourself, understand the journey, and identify your next step before deciding how deeply you want to continue with Cross the GAP and the School of Purpose.

Do I need to read Cross the GAP before starting the School of Purpose?

Cross the GAP is designed to provide the foundational framework for the School of Purpose, so reading the book is an important part of the journey. The book helps you discover yourself—who you are, how you are designed, and what contribution you were created to make—while the School of Purpose builds on that foundation to help you develop yourself. You can begin with the free Orientation, but Cross the GAP becomes the foundational text as you continue into the School of Purpose.

How do I purchase Cross the GAP?

Cross the GAP will be available for purchase directly through the GAP Crossers website. Visit the Cross the GAP page to learn more about the book and access the current purchasing options. As additional formats or purchasing options become available, they will be listed there.

What will I learn in the School of Purpose?

The School of Purpose helps you develop the three dimensions necessary to live and work in alignment with your purpose: Identity, Capacity, and Productivity. You will deepen your understanding of who you are, develop the mindsets and belief systems that expand your capacity, and learn to become increasingly fruitful rather than merely busy. Through the GAP Crossers process of Clarify, Catalyze, and Connect, you will learn to turn discovery into development—and development into an Extraordinary, Abundant, Contribution.

Do I need to complete the School of Purpose at a specific pace?

No. The School of Purpose is designed as a journey of development, not a race to completion. You can move through the material at a pace that allows you to reflect, apply what you are learning, and experience meaningful growth. Some content may be released progressively to provide structure and keep the journey from becoming overwhelming, but the goal is transformation and application—not simply finishing lessons as quickly as possible.

How do I access my GAP Crossers account or purchased resources?

When you enroll in or purchase a GAP Crossers digital program, you will receive an email with instructions for accessing your content.
