You are more than what you do, what you have accomplished, or where you find yourself today. There is something distinctive within your design—genius to discover, capacity to develop, and a contribution only you can make in your own way. Orientation begins with a possibility worth exploring: your life matters, you have purpose, and there is more within you waiting to be unwrapped.

LOCATE YOURSELF

6 Lessons

Every meaningful journey begins by recognizing where you are. This is not about judging yourself or measuring yourself against someone else. It is an invitation to notice the patterns, strengths, experiences, desires, and possibilities already present in your life—and begin discovering what they may reveal about your unique design and purpose.

Text lesson

Take an honest, encouraging look at where you are today. Create a simple snapshot of your current clarity, design, capacity, productivity, connection, and contribution—not to judge where you are, but to discover where your next crossing can begin.

The GAP isn't proof that something is missing or wrong with you. It is the space between what you already carry and what has been fully discovered, developed, and expressed. Learn to see the GAP not as a deficiency, but as an invitation to growth, alignment, and greater contribution.

DISCOVER WHAT'S IN A NAME

6 Lessons

No label

Your name is one of the first things you were given and one of the words most closely associated with your identity. Explore why names have carried meaning across cultures and generations, and begin considering your own name as one more clue—not a definition—to the story of who you are becoming.

Text lesson

No label

Use guided research and AI to explore the origins, meanings, language roots, family connections, and historical associations of your name. Then look beyond the definitions to notice themes that resonate with your experiences, strengths, values, and emerging sense of purpose.

Text lesson

No label

Step back from the research and notice what genuinely resonates. Compare the themes you discovered with your experiences, strengths, values, recurring interests, and the ways others have experienced you. Keep what provides meaningful insight, question what doesn't fit, and begin identifying patterns worth exploring further.

Text lesson

No label

Gather the clues that feel meaningful from your name, your story, and your reflections. Record what seems supported by your lived experience, what deserves further exploration, what you choose to reinterpret or leave behind, and what may be pointing toward your unique design and contribution.

Explore your natural behavioral tendencies through the DISC framework. Use your results as another source of evidence to recognize patterns in how you communicate, respond to challenges, relate to others, make decisions, and take action—without allowing any assessment to define or limit who you are.

Text lesson

No label

Bring your DISC results into the larger purpose journey. Use AI-guided reflection to identify potential strengths, energizing environments, communication patterns, growth opportunities, and possible contributions—and add the patterns that resonate and have supporting evidence to your growing Purpose Evidence File.

SEE THE JOURNEY

6 Lessons

Step back and see where your discoveries fit within the larger journey. You have begun identifying where you are, what you want to leave behind, what you want more of, and clues about how you may be uniquely designed. Now we'll begin connecting those clues to the path ahead—from discovering yourself to developing yourself and ultimately contributing what only you can bring.

Text lesson

Meaningful growth rarely happens all at once. It unfolds through a recognizable pattern: gaining clarity about who you are and where you're going, developing the capacity to move forward, and connecting what you discover to meaningful action and contribution. Seeing the pattern helps you recognize where you are now—and what your next step may be.

Text lesson

No label

Lasting growth involves more than knowing what you want. Explore three dimensions that work together throughout your journey: Identity—understanding who you are and how you're designed; Capacity—developing the mindsets, beliefs, abilities, and resources to become more; and Productivity—turning what is within you into meaningful action and contribution.

Text lesson

No label

The GAP isn't evidence that something is wrong with you. It is the space between where you are and what may still be possible. Learn to see the distance between your current reality and your emerging vision—not as a reason for discouragement, but as an invitation to growth, development, and purposeful movement.

Text lesson

No label

Begin imagining what could happen as your unique design, growing capacity, and purposeful action come together. Your destination isn't simply personal success. It is becoming increasingly able to make an extraordinary, abundant contribution—to people, problems, opportunities, and a world that can be better because you were here.

Text lesson

No label

Bring together what you've discovered so far and begin seeing the path ahead. Recognize what you may need to clarify, what needs to be developed or catalyzed, and what needs to be connected to action, people, and opportunity. You don't need the entire path—you need enough clarity to recognize your next crossing.

CHOOSE YOUR NEXT STEP

6 Lessons

Pause and look back at the journey you've taken. Gather the insights, patterns, possibilities, and questions that have emerged about where you are, what you're ready to leave behind, what you want more of, how you may be uniquely designed, and the contribution that may be waiting to unfold through your life.

Text lesson

Look across the evidence you've gathered and identify the themes that appear more than once. Notice where your experiences, desires, strengths, behavioral patterns, name and story, and the feedback of others begin pointing in similar directions. You aren't looking for certainty—you are looking for patterns worth following.

Text lesson

You don't have to pursue every possibility at once. Use what you've discovered to identify the area of your life, growth, or contribution that matters most right now. Choose a meaningful priority where greater clarity, development, or action could create the greatest movement toward the life you want to live and the contribution you want to make.

Text lesson

No label

Turn what you've discovered into a simple, practical plan for movement. Define where you are, where you want to go, what GAP you are choosing to address, what needs to be clarified, catalyzed, or connected, and the first actions you will take to begin crossing it.
